Workshops
At Mindli, our workshops are designed to make mental health knowledge practical, accessible, and genuinely useful in everyday life. We focus on creating engaging, human conversations about mental health—moving beyond theory and into real-world understanding that people can actually apply. Whether we’re working with community organisations, charities, or workplaces, our aim is the same: to increase confidence, build awareness, and equip people with tools that make a meaningful difference.
Our sessions are interactive by design. Rather than passive lectures, participants are encouraged to reflect, contribute, and connect the material to their own experiences (at a level they feel comfortable with). We use a blend of clear psychoeducation, real-life examples, guided discussions, and simple evidence-based strategies drawn from cognitive behavioural approaches. The tone is warm, inclusive, and non-clinical—making complex topics feel understandable without losing depth.
We offer a range of workshops tailored to common mental health needs:
Introduction to Mental Health
This workshop provides a clear and approachable foundation for understanding mental health. We explore what mental health actually is, how it exists on a spectrum, and how everyday factors—like stress, lifestyle, and environment—can influence wellbeing. Participants leave with a stronger awareness of signs and symptoms, reduced stigma, and greater confidence in talking about mental health, whether in personal or professional settings.
Depression Workshops
Our depression workshops focus on helping participants understand how low mood develops and is maintained. We break down common patterns such as withdrawal, negative thinking, and loss of motivation, and explore how these can create cycles that are difficult to shift. The session introduces practical strategies to interrupt these cycles, including behavioural activation, small habit changes, and ways to respond differently to unhelpful thoughts.
Generalised Anxiety Workshops
These workshops help participants understand anxiety in a structured and reassuring way. We explore how worry works, why it can feel uncontrollable, and how it affects both the mind and body. Participants learn practical tools to manage excessive worry, reduce avoidance, and regain a sense of control—while also understanding when anxiety is helpful versus when it becomes overwhelming.
Managing Stress Workshops
Focused on the realities of modern life, this workshop helps individuals identify their personal stress triggers and understand how stress builds over time. We explore the physical and psychological impact of prolonged stress and introduce practical techniques to manage it effectively. This includes grounding strategies, lifestyle adjustments, and ways to build resilience without promoting unrealistic expectations of “always coping.”
We understand that different settings have different needs. Our workshops can be adapted in tone, depth, and delivery style depending on the audience—whether that’s a workplace looking to support staff wellbeing, a charity supporting vulnerable groups, or a community organisation aiming to increase awareness and access.
Sessions can be delivered as standalone one-day workshops or as part of a series, and we offer flexibility in duration and format (in-person or online). We also recognise the importance of accessibility, and offer adjusted pricing structures for charities and community organisations to ensure these conversations reach the people who need them most.
At the core of everything we deliver is a simple principle: mental health information should feel relatable, empowering, and immediately useful—not overwhelming or abstract. Our workshops are built to leave people not just informed, but more confident in understanding and managing mental health in real life. From £699*. Contact us to get started.Individual Therapy
At Mindli, our individual therapy is designed to be focused, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. We primarily work using principles from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a well-established approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and physical responses interact—and, importantly, how to change patterns that are keeping you stuck.
Therapy at Mindli is not about simply talking through problems. It’s an active process where we work together to identify what’s maintaining your difficulties and develop practical strategies to help you move forward. Sessions are structured but flexible, tailored to your goals, and focused on helping you build skills that you can continue using long after therapy ends.
We create a space that is supportive, non-judgemental, and purposeful. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting—part of the work is making sense of things together and gradually building clarity and confidence.
We offer 1–2–1 therapy for:
* Depression
* Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
* Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
* Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
* Health Anxiety
* Social Anxiety
* Specific Phobias
* Panic Disorder
* Stress Management
In addition to these presentations, we recognise the strong connection between physical health and mental wellbeing. Living with long-term conditions can have a significant emotional and psychological impact, which is often overlooked. We offer tailored support for individuals managing:
* Diabetes
* Chronic pain
* Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
Our work in this area focuses on helping you manage the emotional burden of long-term conditions, reduce distress linked to symptoms, and improve overall quality of life. This might include working with worry about health, frustration, low mood, or the impact of symptoms on day-to-day functioning.
Throughout therapy, we focus on helping you:
* Understand the patterns underlying your difficulties
* Develop practical coping strategies that actually fit your life
* Reduce avoidance and build confidence in facing challenges
* Create meaningful, lasting change rather than short-term relief
We also place strong emphasis on transparency and collaboration. You’ll have a clear understanding of what we’re working on and why, and therapy goals are regularly reviewed to ensure the work stays relevant and effective.
At its core, Mindli’s individual therapy is about helping you feel more in control of your mental health—equipping you with the tools, insight, and confidence to navigate challenges in a way that feels manageable and sustainable.

At Mindli, our couples therapy is a structured, goal-focused intervention designed to help partners better understand one another, improve communication, and work through difficulties in a practical and meaningful way. The therapy is delivered by a clinician trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which means the work is grounded in understanding how thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and interaction patterns shape the relationship over time.
This approach is particularly effective when one or both partners are experiencing depression, or when relationship difficulties have become persistent, distressing, and hard to resolve without support. Rather than focusing on blame, the therapy helps couples step back and look at the patterns they may be getting stuck in—often cycles of misunderstanding, withdrawal, or escalation—and supports them in learning new, more helpful ways of responding to each other.
Where depression is present, we explore how it impacts the relationship dynamic. For example, low mood can lead to reduced communication, increased irritability, or withdrawal, which can then affect the other partner’s responses. Therapy helps both individuals understand these patterns and work collaboratively to break unhelpful cycles, while also supporting recovery from depression itself.
Sessions are structured but collaborative. You will work together with the therapist to:
* Develop a shared understanding of the difficulties you’re experiencing
* Identify and map out unhelpful interaction cycles
* Improve communication in a clear, respectful, and constructive way
* Strengthen emotional connection and mutual understanding
* Build practical strategies to manage conflict and problem-solve effectively
There is a strong emphasis on ensuring both partners feel heard and understood, while also keeping the work focused and productive. The therapist will guide conversations in a balanced way, helping you move beyond repeated arguments or stuck points and towards meaningful change.
Our couples therapy is designed for difficulties related to depression and significant relationship strain. We do not offer therapy for issues relating to infidelity or bereavement.
At its core, couples therapy at Mindli is about helping you function better as a team—understanding each other more clearly, responding more effectively, and creating a relationship dynamic that feels more stable, supportive, and manageable over time.From £179 per session.
